Arden Active CIC is a newly found organisation, established in October 2022.  

We aim to address issues of negative mental and physical health and improve social wellbeing through physical activity of young adults alongside  local communities across Solihull and Coventry .

Our Main Aim is to alleviate mental stress and ill health by providing inclusive sessions to allow for socialisation in a healthy and safe environment.
